How student data is handled on olevelmockexam.com

This platform is designed to help students prepare for Sri Lanka GCE O/L through self-evaluation, practice, revision, and mock exams. We only collect the data needed to create accounts, run the learning experience, and support subscriptions.

Information we collect

We may collect account details such as name, email address, password hash, preferred medium, study activity, mock exam attempts, revision history, and payment records needed to manage access.

Why we use it

We use this data to authenticate users, personalize the study workflow, measure progress, show results, manage subscriptions, prevent misuse, and provide support when a student or school contacts us.

Payments

Subscription payments are processed through the configured payment provider. We store payment status, plan details, and reference identifiers, but we do not store full card or bank credentials inside this application.

Retention and security

We keep account, learning, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate student access history. Reasonable technical and organizational controls are used to protect stored information.
